Remote Area
If you select Expedited Shipping, an additional $14.99 USD remote delivery fee will apply. For a more cost-effective option, we recommend using Australia Post for remote destinations.
EU, UK, and Canada Consumers
If shipping via DHL Express to the EU, UK, or Canada, you will be responsible for paying import taxes and duties. Standard shipping is a more affordable option but may take longer than DHL’s estimated 5–7 business days.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Import taxes and duties may apply depending on your country. -
Are there shipping restrictions?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We can deliver to PO Boxes; however, expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes. -
What if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days, please contact Customer Service for a replacement or a refund. -
Can my order be delivered to multiple addresses?
No. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders. -
