This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with African Pride Shop, operated by KONICUS LLC. Please review this policy carefully so you know exactly when to expect your order.

1. Understanding Total Delivery Time

To set the right expectations, please note that all of our items are custom-made-to-order. Therefore, the time it takes to receive your order consists of two parts:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping (Transit) Time

2. Order Processing Time

Processing time is the time required to custom-print, quality-check, and pack your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Estimated processing times by category:

• Apparel: 3–5 business days
• Footwear & Home Décor: 5–10 business days
• Accessories: 5–7 business days

Note: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our global manufacturing partners.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We proudly offer Worldwide Shipping. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method selected.

For United States Orders

We offer the following shipping methods. Please note that exact transit times may vary depending on your specific region within the US:

• Economy Shipping ($3.99): 15–20 business days in transit.
• Standard Shipping + Insurance ($9.99): 15–20 business days in transit.
• Expedited Shipping (Starts at $14.99): 7–15 business days in transit.

US Regional Delivery Breakdown:

• Major Cities & Urban Areas: Shipments directed to major metropolitan hubs generally arrive on the faster end of the estimated timeframe.
• Suburban & Rural Areas: Standard delivery times apply. Depending on your local postal routing, also known as final mile delivery, packages may take the full estimated timeframe to arrive.
• Other States & Territories: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, non-contiguous states, island territories, and military addresses usually require an additional 5–10 business days in transit.

For International / Worldwide Orders

• Economy Shipping ($3.99): 15–25 business days in transit.
• Standard Shipping + Insurance ($9.99): 15–25 business days in transit.
• Expedited Shipping (Starts at $14.99): 7–15 business days in transit.

Delivery estimates are highly reliable but not strictly guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons. We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, 4Px, YunExpress, and SF Express to ensure your order arrives safely.

4. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

If you are ordering from outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by your destination country's government. These charges are not included in the checkout price. They are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update and become active in the carrier's system.

6. Lost, Missing, or Failed Deliveries

• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries or lost packages due to incorrect, misspelled, or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
• Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier before delivery, please contact us at contact@africanpride.co, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

7. Shipping Delays

While 95% of our orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, external factors such as severe weather or global logistics delays can sometimes impact delivery. If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the dispatch date, please contact our support team so we can investigate and provide available solutions.
