Please note that our warehouse address may not accept unauthorized returns. Customers must follow our Return & Refund Policy and contact our support team before sending any package back.

5. Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Products
Many African Pride Shop products are custom-made-to-order or produced after your order is placed. Production may begin shortly after purchase. Because of this, cancellation or modification windows may be limited.
Please review your order carefully before checkout. Size, color, personalization, shipping address, and product selection errors made by the customer may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or replacement once production has started.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on production time, destination, carrier availability, customs processing, weather, peak seasons, operational delays, or other factors outside our control.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility may be subject to the carrier’s procedures and applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery issues, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses provided by customers, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Customers must contact our support team before sending any return package. Unauthorized returns, packages sent without a Return Authorization number, or packages sent to an unconfirmed address may not be processed.
