This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with African Pride Shop, operated by KONICUS LLC. Please review this policy carefully so you know when to expect your order.

1. Understanding Total Delivery Time

Many of our products are custom-made-to-order. This means your order is produced after it is placed. The total time it takes to receive your order includes both production and shipping time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time

Please note that delivery estimates are calculated in business days, excluding weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and carrier-observed holidays.

2. Order Cut-Off Time & Operating Days

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Our standard operating days for order processing are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

3. Order Processing Time

Processing time is the time required to custom-print, quality-check, and pack your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on product type and production volume.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our production or fulfillment partner.

4. Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination, product type, order value, and selected shipping method.

United States Orders

The following estimated shipping methods may be available for U.S. orders:

U.S. Regional Delivery Notes:

• Major Cities & Urban Areas: Shipments to major metropolitan areas may arrive closer to the faster end of the estimated timeframe.
• Suburban & Rural Areas: Standard delivery times apply. Local postal routing and final-mile delivery may cause packages to take the full estimated timeframe.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, and Military Addresses: Deliveries may require an additional 5–10 business days in transit.

International / Worldwide Orders

The following estimated shipping methods may be available for international orders:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak holiday seasons, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

We may partner with shipping carriers and logistics providers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, 4PX, YunExpress, SF Express, or other regional carriers depending on your destination and product type.

5. PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and Address Limitations

Some shipping carriers, including FedEx, DHL, and certain international carriers, may not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military addresses, parcel lockers, or restricted delivery locations.

To avoid delays or failed delivery, we recommend that customers provide a complete physical street address whenever possible. If you use a PO Box, APO/FPO address, or military address, your order may be limited to specific carriers such as USPS where available, and delivery may take longer than the standard estimate.

If we are unable to ship to the address provided, our support team may contact you to request an alternative shipping address. Failure to provide a valid deliverable address may delay or cancel your order.

6. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

If you are ordering from outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or local carrier charges imposed by your destination country.

These charges are not included in the checkout price unless explicitly stated at checkout. They are determined by your local customs authority or carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs delays are outside our control and may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking information to update and become active in the carrier’s system.

Tracking updates may be delayed during carrier handoff, customs processing, peak seasons, or when a package is moving between international logistics partners.

8. Lost, Missing, or Failed Deliveries

• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delivery delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect, misspelled, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: If a carrier is unable to deliver your package due to an unavailable recipient, access restrictions, unpaid customs fees, or failure to collect the package, the order may be returned, delayed, destroyed, or marked as undeliverable by the carrier.
• Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, your local post office, or the carrier first.
• Lost in Transit: If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier before delivery, please contact us at contact@africanpride.co . We will review the case and may arrange a free replacement or refund where eligible.

9. Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, external factors such as severe weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, global logistics disruptions, peak holiday seasons, or regional service interruptions may affect delivery.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the dispatch date, please contact our support team so we can investigate and provide available solutions.
