- Finished with multiple interior compartments to keep your belongings organized.
Note:
Your package may be at risk of being lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery. While insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend selecting this option, as packages are often left in mailboxes or front yards, increasing the risk of theft.
Please refer to the Size Chart for accurate sizing, and allow for a slight 1-3cm difference due to manual measurement. Note that slight color variations may occur due to different lighting conditions.
The design of the final product may shift slightly in position due to the manual cut-and-sew process.

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: To offer a wide variety of items, some of our products are shipped directly from our global manufacturing partners, which may require the full processing time.

2. Shipping Regions

4. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
6. Lost, Missing, or Failed Deliveries
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please verify your shipping information before completing your order.
Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us at contact@africanpride.co, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
