- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries or lost packages due to incorrect, misspelled, or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
