Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on africanpride.co and complies with applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, orders are sent to production shortly after purchase.
- Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
- After this time, the order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.

2. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (if eligible).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Returns & Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items
We will evaluate and make it right if the item is:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrectly printed
- Wrong size, style, or color due to our error
Conditions
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos showing the issue are required.
- We may request the item to be returned depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Returns & Refunds for Customer Preference
Because many of our products are print-on-demand and custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for customer preference reasons, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product or color
- Personal taste or fit preferences
This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Sale items and gift cards

6. Return Process & Important Notices
- To start a return, email contact@africanpride.co with your order number, a brief description, and (if applicable) clear photos/videos.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Do not send returns to the address on the shipping label or any address unless instructed by us.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals (if applicable).
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Refunds & Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@africanpride.co.
9. European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, subject to applicable legal exceptions (for example, certain custom/personalized goods may be exempt).
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
10. Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if there are no tracking updates for:
- 15 business days (US orders)
- 21 business days (International orders)
Not Marked as Delivered
We will reprint and reship the order or issue a refund.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
- Please contact the carrier and open a non-receipt claim.
- Provide the case number to contact@africanpride.co.
- If unresolved within 15 business days, we will resend or refund the order.
We will assist you throughout this process.
11. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
- We can resend it to the corrected address (customer pays reshipping fee), or
- Issue a refund for the product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
