Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on africanpride.co and complies with applicable consumer protection laws.
1. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, orders are sent to production shortly after purchase.
- Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
- After this time, the order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.

2. Returns & Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items
We accept returns or offer replacements for items that are:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrectly printed
- Wrong size, style, or color due to our error
Conditions
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition where reasonably possible.
- Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos showing the issue are required.
Return Shipping Cost
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
- If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement after the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Returns & Refunds for Customer Preference
Because most of our products are print-on-demand and custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for customer preference reasons, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product or color
- Personal taste or fit preferences
This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Return Process & Important Notices
- Do not send returns to the address on the shipping label. Returns must be approved first, and we will provide the correct return address if required.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original packaging, tags, and hygiene seals (if applicable).
- To file a return or refund request, email contact@africanpride.co with your order number, clear photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue.
5. Refunds & Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, we will either ship a replacement item or issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
- Refunds cannot be issued after 30 days from the delivery date.
6. Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if there are no tracking updates for:
- 15 business days (US orders)
- 21 business days (International orders)
Not Marked as Delivered
We will reprint and reship the order or issue a refund.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
- Please contact the carrier and open a non-receipt claim.
- Provide the case number to contact@africanpride.co.
- If unresolved within 15 business days, we will resend or refund the order.
We will assist you throughout this process.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
- We can resend it to the corrected address (customer pays reshipping fee), or
- Issue a refund for the product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
