- Other States & Territories: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, non-contiguous states, island territories, and military addresses usually require an additional 5–10 business days in transit.

6. Lost, Missing, or Failed Deliveries
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed deliveries or lost packages due to incorrect, misspelled, or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please verify your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier before delivery, please contact us at contact@africanpride.co, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
